A freshly serviced open-plan office at first light, desks aligned and floors evenly clean

The Magic Hands Standard. Assess. Plan. Deliver. Check. Improve.

Consistent cleaning is not the result of working harder. It is the result of working to a system. Ours has five phases, and every program we run passes through all of them.

Our Approach

A Better Cleaning Service Starts With a Better System

Our approach is simple, and it is deliberately the same for a three-room childcare centre as it is for a multi-floor tenancy. What changes is the program the system produces, not the system itself.

Each phase exists to remove a specific failure — a scope guessed rather than assessed, an expectation assumed rather than written down, a standard that slips because nobody is checking, a program that stops matching the building.

Assess. Plan. Deliver. Check. Improve.

Our Approach

The Magic Hands Standard

Assess. Plan. Deliver. Check. Improve.

Our approach is simple. A better cleaning service starts with a better system.

01ASSESS

We understand your premises, operations, cleaning requirements and priorities.

02PLAN

We create a cleaning program designed around your workplace.

03DELIVER

Our team carries out the agreed services according to the established program.

04CHECK

We review service quality and identify areas requiring attention.

05IMPROVE

As your business changes, we refine the cleaning program where required.

Phase by Phase

What Each Phase Is Actually For

01ASSESS

Assess

We understand your premises, operations, cleaning requirements and priorities.

What happens
Where practical we walk the premises: layout, traffic patterns, surfaces, access constraints and the areas your business is genuinely judged on — a reception, a client-facing floor, amenities, a production area.
What it prevents
A scope written from a floor area and a price, which is how the areas that matter most end up treated the same as a storeroom.
What you see
A shared understanding of your site, and your priority areas named before anything is quoted.
02PLAN

Plan

We create a cleaning program designed around your workplace.

What happens
The assessment becomes a written program: which tasks, in which areas, at what frequency, on which days. Daily, periodic and specialist work is sequenced so it fits around your operating hours rather than interrupting them.
What it prevents
Ambiguity — the “I thought that was included” conversation, six weeks in.
What you see
A defined scope of work and service schedule you can circulate internally and hold us to.
03DELIVER

Deliver

Our team carries out the agreed services according to the established program.

What happens
Our team carries out the agreed services to the agreed schedule, with the same people on your site wherever possible, so the program is delivered by cleaners who know the building.
What it prevents
The gradual drift that happens when a scope lives in someone's head instead of in the program.
What you see
Work completed to schedule, by a site team that recognises your premises and your requirements.
04CHECK

Check

We review service quality and identify areas requiring attention.

What happens
We review service quality against the program rather than against impressions. Where appropriate, cleaning checklists and periodic quality reviews record what was covered, and anything falling short is identified and actioned.
What it prevents
Small issues going unmentioned until they are large enough to become a complaint.
What you see
Issues raised and resolved through a defined channel, with a record of what was reviewed.
05IMPROVE

Improve

As your business changes, we refine the cleaning program where required.

What happens
Findings from reviews and changes in your business feed back into the program: frequency adjusted, tasks added or retired, scope rebalanced toward the areas that now matter most.
What it prevents
A cleaning program that is accurate on day one and out of date by month twelve.
What you see
A program that keeps matching your premises, reviewed as your requirements change.

The System Is the Difference

Anyone can clean a workplace once. Keeping it ready week after week, as the business inside it changes, is a matter of process — and that is what we take responsibility for.

A better cleaning service starts with a better system.
