No obligation, no pressure and no surprises. Here is exactly what happens between your first enquiry and an ongoing cleaning program — including what we need from you at each step.
Our Process
Commercial cleaning is bought on trust, usually under time pressure, and often after a bad experience with the last supplier. The least we can do is be specific about the process.
Six steps, and the first three cost you nothing but a conversation and access to your premises.
Step by Step
Share your premises, location, business type and cleaning requirements — as much or as little detail as you have to hand. A floor plan helps, but a short conversation is enough to start.
Where appropriate, we assess your premises in person to understand its layout, traffic, surfaces, access and priorities. This is also when we flag anything that will affect scope: restricted areas, after-hours access, specialist surfaces or equipment.
We create a scope of work and service schedule suited to your business: which tasks, which areas, what frequency, which days. You see it in writing, and you see it before anything is agreed.
Our team delivers the agreed cleaning program. The first weeks are supervised more closely by design, so the program is bedded in against your actual site rather than against the document.
We maintain communication and review the service against the program. Anything needing adjustment is raised through a defined point of contact rather than left to accumulate until it becomes a complaint.
As premises, headcount, operating hours or requirements change, the program is revisited so the scope keeps matching the site rather than the original contract. A fit-out, a new tenancy, a seasonal shift or a change in how a space is used are all reasons to adjust.
What to Expect
A cleaning program only works if both sides know their part. Here is ours, and the short list of things we need from you.
