Flooring is one of the largest capital items in a building, and the one most often shortened by maintenance that doesn't suit it.
Floor Care
Commercial flooring is expensive to replace and comparatively cheap to maintain, but only when the maintenance suits the material.
The failure mode is almost always mismatch: a product suited to sealed vinyl used on timber, an aggressive pad on a surface that needed a soft one, or a sealed floor left unsealed until wear reaches the substrate. At that point the damage is permanent and the only remedy is replacement.
A floor care program starts by identifying what each floor actually is, then setting a treatment and frequency around it. Vinyl, timber, tile, concrete and carpet each need a different cycle, and a single building often has several running at once.
Floors don't usually wear out. They get worn out.

Benefits
Maintained sealer and finish take the wear that would otherwise reach the floor itself.
Surface finish affects grip. Degraded or over-polished floors are a safety consideration, not just an appearance one.
Floors cover more visible area than any other surface and set the tone for how a space reads.
How It Works
A single site often has several. We record what each area is before recommending anything.
The area is cleared, edges protected and adjacent surfaces masked where products could reach them.
Strip and seal, polish or clean, with pad and product selected for that specific floor.
Sealers need time before traffic returns. We schedule so that time actually exists rather than being compressed.
